So I`ve nearly finished my Saisons series, and had a surprising amount of fun composing different drawings in the same style and basic thematics. Hrmn. This makes me want to do another pen-and-ink series... maybe with one colour each this time. I`m torn toward doing the Japanese days of the week... getsu, ka, sui, moku, kin, dou, nichi. (moon, fire, water, wood, metal, earth, sun). I`d like to try out a combination of the heavy-outlined figure I`ve thrashed out, and a Mucha-style layout, with the long narrow standing figures and a ton of symbolism. It`d be fun to try, anyway. Possibly I`m overreaching my bounds.
